Chioke Dmachi is a multi- talented entertainment artist driven by creative imagination and authentic expression. The singing-songwriting,TV/film acting millennial was born in Hollywood CA on Sunset Blvd.
Precocious from birth, singing and acting became his primary interest.
Chioke found his footing in his mid-teens when he started the study of acting and signed with his first talent agency. Soon thereafter he began featuring in national Print campaigns; Target, Wrigleys in various TV commercials; Apple and Liberty Mutual, and on popular TV shows ; Drake&Josh, House MD.
Always writing and singing Chioke began frequenting the recording studio. This eventually led to his first music production deal with Blisstunes and the release of his first single; Alright featured on the Brothers In Arms-soundtrack. In addition to movie soundtracks songs by Chioke have also been featured on The ABC network TV shows “Miss Guided”
In 2011 outraged by the “Bullycide” epidemic, he released the single, “BoyZ Don’t Cry”, the Music Video world premired on the MTV’s LOGO networks “NewNowNextPOP Lab” His next Music Video release “Luv On U” Earned Chioke a 2013 EOTM award for “Best Male Music Video. In 2018 He released the Heartless Reign – EP, produced by Sam Smyers Featuring the lead single RAIN, play-listed by Spotify on the Hiptronix playlist. The single was also playlisted by Bacardi x Major Lazer on Soundcloud as a “Music Liberates Music contest” finalist.
Taking to the stage, CHICHI has performed his music at amazing venues such as Exchange LA, House Of Blues, The Whisky a go go and more.
The multi hyphenate talent Chioke has acted in major films Crossing Over starring Harrison Ford, Ray Liota, Ashley Judd, and is part of the ensemble cast of the film “Cutting Da Mustard” Sinbad Adrianne Bailon, Charles S. Dutton and more.
When not involved in his many pursuits, Chioke loves traveling for business and pleasure; he's been to France, Germany and Switzerland for vacations and performances. Chioke is a philanthropist, lover of pets and animals and is also "a foodie" as some would say.
Chioke looks to continue living his dreams, in Hollywood - his place of birth and to share his music and performances all over the world. More importantly, he wants to continue to create and collaborate on works of art they inspire uplift and encourage people to live there best life.
